Data retention.
While we don't have an official expiry date on your personal information, we consistently clean up our database to keep it fresh and hygienic. That means we typically don't have personal data older than three years in our CRM.
Sharing of your data.
Who do we share your personal information with? We use HubSpot as our CRM, so that's where we store your data. We might also upload your company domain and email to LinkedIn to make our ads more targeted. These are third parties we trust. But we'll never sell your data (back to the golden rule).
Automated decision-making.
Yes, in most cases, we'll automate your first name in emails we send. Or automatically make the content on our website more personalized.
Your rights.
If you ask us, we'll (regardless of GDPR) give you access to your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your information, or stop processing it. It's your data. You're in control of it. You can withdraw your consent for us to use your data at any point.
